What is the Muha Meds return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. We do stand behind every order and will make it right in the cases below.
What if my order is lost or undelivered?
If your package is lost in transit and does not arrive, we will reship your order or issue a refund. Just reach out with your order number.
What if an item is defective or incorrect?
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will reship or refund the affected items.
How do I make a claim?
Email sales@muhamed.me or use our Contact page with your order number and details. We respond quickly and aim to resolve every issue fairly.
Tip: confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
